Whether it’s date night or a family outing, Snellville’s Towne Green is the place to be this summer. Walton Gas and Experience Snellville are again teaming up to offer free admission special events and concerts in the heart of Gwinnett County.

JULY
4
Star Spangled Snellville, 4–10 p.m. Don your red, white and blue and get to the Green early for this popular annual event. DJ Lee entertains with fun and games beginning at 4 p.m. Then, put on your dancing shoes for Big City Rhythm, returning by popular demand to play live for a three-hour, high-energy dance party. The fireworks show starts booming at about 9:30 p.m. The event is free but there is admission for the Kids Zone that features a water slide, inflatables and mini golf course. Live on the Lawn, 6–9 p.m. The free concert series continues with the Ray Howard Band. Get your groove on to this 11-piece Motown tribute act that covers the innovation and energy of Earth, Wind & Fire. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Live on the Lawn, 6–9 p.m. Led Zeppelin tribute band, ZOSO, headlines. Over 29 years and more than 4,500 shows, this quartet of singer-musicians has earned a reputation as America’s premier Zeppelin cover band. Don’t miss their rendition of “Stairway to Heaven.” Lawrenceville’s Samer opens the show at 6 p.m. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket for seating.
